Wrongfully blacklisted by on air at affecting our sons future

My husband was blacklisted by on air for the explorer that was never delivered to us as I wrote to you about 3 months ago,on air have send us the documents that they said were signed on delivery, the person is staying in Johannesburg CBD where as we are staying in pretoria,the contact numbes are not the same as my husband's,the signature is also not the same and ID number so we have send them my husband's certified copy of ID,proof of res his signature and contact number about a month ago,since they said the matter has been ascalaited and he is still blacklisted and can'not make a Refinance or loan for our sons study loan.our son. might not be able to register for second year at varsity January 2026 because of on air.
