Worst Service Provider Ever

<p>I was contacted by OnAir Tv wrt a deal for my old outdated PVR machine. The agreed amount was R99 per month. At the 28th of April and amount of R199 went of my account. First of all this was not the agreed amount, and second of all this was not the agreed date. And they took my PVR (which I paid for with my own cash - they did not say in any conversations that they will be taking my old PVR- thus this is *****ing as well) I then phoned them on the 2nd of May - everytime I either get transfered to a department and then get cut off or I'm told their system is off line. I then mailed them to see if there is any reaction from them. I did get a response stating that their is a problem and that they will get back to me. Then I get an email saying that the problem as been solved and that they are closing my query. NO ONE HAS SPOKEN TO ME. Nothing has been done. I then tried to phone again and once again I get transfered to departments that JUST DOES NOT PICK UP. I want to know when am I getting my money bac****!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like some services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
