Worst service and lying to customers to get a sale

I've had the same experience I was told by one of their agents selling me a new pvr with subscription which he said was the deal I asked him several timesbif it includes subscription which he rep**** yes. I have now gone into arrears with dstv after they deducted the money but never paid my subscription. I have csleds them numerous times when I eventually got through I advised them to listen to the recording of the interaction. That was 2 weeks ago no answer from them. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Blatantly lying to customers.
