Worst service

Worst service EVER received… OnAirTV delivered a wrong decoder, which was then installed… took two weeks for a new one to be delivered and still WAITING… WORSE… MY TV IS NOT WAORKING… AND I’M STILL WAITING… Called all your departments/agents, Sandile, Silindile, Annelyn, Romona, etc… they ALL been telling me to WAIT… and I am still WAITING… without TV
