WORST SALES AND CLIENT SERVICE EVER AND I SEE IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT REC THIS SERVICE FROM ON AIR TV

I was called by a agent regarding upgrading to an explorer after listening to all pro and cons i agreed the contract set up and was advise with 7-10 working days parcel will be delivered, the very next day i sent a mail to have something in writing to change the delivery address as nobody available at home address i receive a email confirmation that address has been changed to new delivery address 10 working days later still nothing i called in and was advised by a rude unprofessional agen yes address changed and i should call the courier company he then dropped call how do i call courier company without any ref no or way bill going in for week 3 i rec sms from courier company with ref no and delivery address to my suprise they have the incorrect address i call them they advised they only got instruction 4 days ago and i changed address on the 7 november 2019 Ram advised they cannot change anything they need instruction or confirmation from ON AIR TV i made at least 8 calls for the day and wow i have never ever experience such horiffic service ever and i come from client services so the service i was rec had me frustrated and rude firstly nobody wants to call u back i was put on hold for about 6 minutes call cut as airtime ran out R35 LATER I SPOKE TO WARREN PATHETHIC SERVICE ONLY ONE THAT CALLED BACK ON REQUEST BUT THEN DROPPED CALL AYAND PATHETIC REFUSE TO CALL BACK

SANDILE MPOFANA I SPOKE TO TWICE PROMISED A CALLBACK DIDNT NOT I CALLED AGAIN CAME THROUGH TO HIM AGAIN HIS THE CULPRIT THAT PUT ME ON HOLD AND NEVER CAME BACK HENCE MY NEWLY LOADED R35 AIRTIME DONE

MOHAMMED PATHETHIC CALL DROPPED LESEGO PATHETIC AND ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS CORRECT THEIR WRONG I WAS RATHER TOLD BY THE ONE AGENT HE WILL CALL COURIER SERVICE AND CANCEL DELIVERY AND ORDER INSTEAD OF JUST FIXING THE ADDRESS WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO THESE PEOPLE GET IT IS SCARY NOT SURE WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE BUT I CANT CALL THESE PEOPLE AGAIN AS I WILL PROBERLY BECOME ****** AND RUDE AND THAT IS NOT THE PERSON I AM
