Worst possible service

In the beginning of November 2017 I switched from bank A to bank B. I contacted On Air Entertainment telephonically informing them that I have changed banks and want to amend my banking details for debit order purposes. I was informed by the call centre to send an e-mail with the new banking details. 13 November 2017 I sent On Air Entertainment an e-mail (as requested by the call centre operator) informing them of my new banking details and my subscription account numbers (i.e. OA- ********** 2-1 and OA- ********** 2-2). I received a reply with a reference/ticket number 115905. 15 November 2017, I received an e-mail from “Shaakirah Mansoor” apologising for the delay and that my new banking details has been updated. 16 November 2017, I received an e-mail from On Air Entertainment that the reference/ticket number 115905 has been closed. 1 December 2017, I noticed that On Air Entertainment debit bank A and not bank B. I contacted On Air Entertainment to remedy that situation. I received a reference/ticket number 127149. I sent On Air an e-mail as well, requesting that someone from On Air Entertainment to contact me regarding this “gross incompetence” from On Air Entertainment. Later that day, out of frustration, knowing that I have incurred penalties and fines from bank A due to rejected debit orders and no word from On Air Entertainment, I sent an e-mail cancelling ALL subscriptions. 4 December 2017, I received an e-mail that reference/ticket number 127149 has been updated. Now the fun starts! End December 2017 On Air Entertainment debits bank A again. I phoned their call centre to remedy the situation. I used their automatic options just to be informed by the call centre operation to use option “6” then to be informed that I must use option “4” just to be informed that I must option “6”. I spent “hours” on the phone being transferred from one option to the next, creating the impression that no one has an idea what they are doing. Obviously my attempt to remedy the situation was fruitless. In the mean time I am receiving SMS’s, trying to place my under duress, from On Air Entertainment, that my debit order (from bank A) has been rejected and failure to pay will result in possible legal action. End January 2018, On Air Entertainment debits bank A again, resulting me to phone their call centre once again, just to be transferred from one option to the next without any remedy to this situation. I am of the opinion that On Air Entertainment has no idea what their departments are doing and gives the impression of total incompetency!!! I have done what a reasonable man would have done. I.E. I informed On Air Entertainment of change in banking details timeously from bank A to bank B, I have the reference/ticket number 115905 from On Air Entertainment that my query is closed. I have the reference/ticket number 127149 from On Air Entertainment where I cancelled all subscriptions due to the poor customer service. On Air Entertainment is more that welcome to contact me (But not a call centre operator) If On Air Entertainment wants to escalate this matter further, all correspondence between myself and On Air Entertainment will be used for future reference purpose, I trust that On Air Entertainment will give this matter the attention it deserves.
