Worse service, Terrible company.

This is not my first review, i am still waiting for on air to collect their explora as they did not give me full and correct information on their sales call to me. after i receive the decoder and it did not work as explained to me i asked them to come and collect it as i do not want it. i have waited for over a month and they have not come to collect their decoder and they tried to debit money from my account. i told them no on e-mail that i will open a case against them should they not collect their decoder by 24th of this month. should you like to contact me regarding this company my number is ***. lets take action together to protect other people.
