Worse Billing Service Ever!!!

Very Bad Service!!! On Air without a doubt every month the debt order goes through. yet they keep sending SMS's and calling to say my account is in arrears. They ask to send my bank statement to their WhatsApp number which i did, still not resolved. than they say send to *** still not resolved. they do not provide feedback at all. Please can we have some sort of intervention with this company seriously. This is not the way to run things and treat people.
