When I say there is no money, then there is no money!!

I am sick and tired of the attitude I get from the callers of this so called OnAir on behalf of Dstv. I wish they could understand how actually difficult it is to tell another person that you don't have money for what they offering. I try so hard to not be disrespectful and give them the platform to tell me why they have called. And then nicely I say that I don't have money now but will be sure to call Dstv when I'm good and ready. And then this lady says "but ma'am you don't understand you are the chosen one blah blah". Again I thank her and say I don't have the money, she continues to say "but I have been chosen to upgrade my decoder and this is the same as upgrading all my other appliances at home". REALLY 😠. I tell her listen I only replace my appliances when they are broken and only when I have the money for it. And right now my decoder is not broken and I don't have money. Then she still was saying "but ma'am...". I just hung up and blocked the number. I don't appreciate how she kept butting me even though I've said I don't have the money. I understand she's also trying to get a client but I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY!
