What a pathetic supplier to do business with.

They have no idea what is going on with their accounting systems. Debit orders are not managed and monitored properly and customer payment records are in shambles. When you query them they do not respond to e-mail's, and when you phone they are either "off line" or their staff are ***********. After they debited my account with my agreed payments as well as unauthorised additional payments (over and above my monthly instalment for the Explora decoder) they have the audacity to phone me and tell me I am in "arrears" . My experience with them is worse than pathetic.
