What a joke..........
<p>We were contacted about a special.....2 Explora decoders for R99 per month and told delivery would be in 5-7 working days. Waited patiently....no decoders. Contacted them and was told the "system" did not generate the order and they would rectify it. Subsequently received an order number and waited 5 days. Contacted them again only to be told that the order had been cancelled. What a joke these people are!!!!!!! I am beginning to think that this is one huge **** and we are all being taken for a ride. Seems I am not the only one who has experienced this</p>

I won't hold my breath. They have promised numerous times to call and I am still waiting........everything must be escalated. I think that is just a way of them fobbing you off
