Was ****med to take aR5k plus decoder

I was called by onairtv misled to buy a new decoder they said it comes with WiFi showmax and Netflix within R239, Ive been asking for recordings and they don't send it, they promise but never. The decoder is lying unused I was compelled to cancel multi choice subscription bcos it was too expensive with additional cost since it sounded like onairtv is subcontracted by multi choice. They decided to debit on the 25th instead of the 28th so I'm not sure why are these ****mers still pushing their business
