Want to cancel the contract, because the package is not working

I'm really furious, they delivered a streamer that is not working I'm even tired of contacting them because they are not responding. I just want something simple for them to cancel this contract, they promised me R50 airtime but I only received it once they are working like ****mers. They delivered ast year October this non working streamer and always debit money it's sad.
