WAITING 3 WEEKS FOR REPLY

16 August 2015<br> Who it may concern<br> At the end of June a sales consultant from ON AIR phoned me. She told me that they either part of DSTV OR doing sales for DSTV but she had all my details about my PVR decoder that I had at that stage. I presumed that they part of DSTV. <br> She explain to me that the PVR Decoder I had at that stage is phasing out and that she's got this great deal for me with the brand new DSTV EXPLORER with EXTRA VIEW ALL IN HD. She went on about the newest technology of the Explorer and that they also giving me the extra view decoder for only R169 p/m. <br> I explain to her that my PVR is working fine and she said that Multichoice is taking all the old PVR'S back because at one stage I will not be able to update my decoder. <br> I asked her specifically about the extra view if it's the same as the PVR that I've got and explain to her that I need 2 full tv's and she said it's exactly the same as my PVR all in HD.<br> It all sound so good that I decided to take the deal.<br> They delivered the decoders to me on the 6 of June and I went on their website to see who the installers in Nelspruit are.
