Very very bad services

There's nothing good you do all you do is **** people phoning them million times to lie to them to take your product, I was told that the decoder is a plug and play and I pay R275 per month and the package I was paying with DSTV will continue play unfortunately it wasn't the way they explained to me, I called DSTV and I was told they don't work with Onair TV, I tried to call Onair TV to cancel the contract but they don't answer any of my calls, it's been 3 months now and they debited from my bank account without my authorisation, my credit score is dropping because of the useless services I don't even use, all I want is to cancel the contract after that I want nothing to do with your ****ming company.
