very unhappy

good day im not happy with this poeple number1 they gave me a decoder stating that they are working with dstv and the day they called me they specifically told me that the amount is combined with my dstv amount little did i know dstv knows nothing about them and i called the numbers they have been contacting me with and i asked to be cancelled but to my surprise they adding amounts that i cannot afford to pay.kindly please assist me and i think the are recordings aswel
