Very poor service, disorganized company

Guys stay away from this ****s, if there was 0 star its definitely what i was gonna give because they dont even deserve my star, i have ordered a decoder 5 days later requested for a cancellation, i told the lady that i have already activated the decoder she said its fine i should pay 350 for cancellation fee, after paying they told me they cant cancell since is activated.
