Very bad service.

I got contacted by an Onair consultant regarding show Showmax for R99.00 per month. I really liked it and I took it, told my kids and family about. a week later Showmax is still not activated and my kids ask me everyday. and when I call the Onair consultants all the do is "sorry sir, wrong department"
