Very Bad - On Air TV

Very bad experience and will never again buy decoder with them. They was caused that my ITC Record is bad. I was paid every month with debit order, but show I am 2 months in arrears. On the 17 September 2024 I paid of the full outstanding amount. I also received a paid up letter. On the 20th of September they deduct again a debit order from my account. When I check my ITC record is still show as open and 1 month in arrear. Can they please urgently attend and closed my account and make sure my name is cleared on ITC.
