VERY BAD ON-AIR ***** SERVICE

The only thing I can associate with On-air Tv is "******" I have been sent from pillar to post by both On-Air TV and MBD lawyers for a Paid-up letter for an account that was settled long time ago. I'm always on the phone every day: MBD says I must contact On-Air and vice versa. At some stage I was ordered to pay extra R148.00 claimed to be remaining on the account and I obliged on the 25 October 2021. Both companies' service to me is very unprofessional and disgusting. This whole saga left my father, the account holder, very frustrated and confused.
