Very bad experience with On Air

This Company is really bad as the customer service is so so terrible.

I have paid this account up, I don't owe anthing to them

This people keep on deducting from my account without any authority.

I am a Pensioner when money goes into my account this people just take it...I have asked helped from Nedbank as well to stop this people from taking money from account.

Everyday I speak to different agents but no one seems know what they doing

A year later and the keep on taking money from me.

This is very unacceptable what this company is doing how many people are going through the same situation.

I will have to go the legal route
