Very BAD

Your sales consultants are not doing good to us, how can they sell something that they know you are not going to get. A lady called me to sell the Explorer @ R 179 * 24 months. She promised me heaven and earth, I told her that I got an Extra View and was promised that you will be sorted at no cost, now the guys that installed the Dish and the Decoder needs extra cash for the Extra view cable and some lnb that must be at the back of the Explorer. I received an old Explorer is not the latest but at a high charge, On Air Tv you ripped us off definitely, I regret taking the offer as after that I checked with DSTV/Multi Choice , Makro, Games they are selling this at a reasonable price. I am really disappointed in you guys, your consultants should tell people on what to expect, I did not have any problem with my decoder now I must pay cash that I did not have budgeted for, realy really disappointed in you guys. The next 24 months I will be paying with a black heart ,don't do this to people if you need business. I won't even refer you to any of my family of friends and even for the other decoder that I have I will go somewhere for the Explorer. You failed me and I will write this in hello peter so people are aware how you do business. Really disgusted
