useless service

I received a call from an argent who sold lies , he sold me a decoder which i asked him several time if i will only be paying 160 only and he agreed , after the decoder was delivered , i was told my dstv that for me to use the decoder I need to upgrade my subscription from 400 to 560, i called onair to come collect there decoder as i cant afford but they did not , I have not used the decoder an now I am blacklisted , retrive the call and sort this out.
