Useless On Air

I took a Dstv explorer contract with On Air and have been paying via debit order and never missed a payment. I just found out that they listed me with the Credit Bureau and they never contacted me before about this. I've called them twice and they just apologized and promised to sort it out but never did and had to keep calling. Still not sorted and now I can't apply for credit and cost me a contract.
