Unreliable service provider

During the past to years I had an horrible experience with OnairTv which I believe is part of DSTV. I entered into a contract in January 2020. To date no installation, no decoder which forced me to cancel the contract and to request a refund. Needless to say after numerous phonecalls and e-mails the issue has not been resolved.
