Unproffessional Accounts Department

Got an sms to say my debit order had been rejected and there was money in my account so it's impossible. <br> Phone to ask what was happening, they said they would look into it and call me back, still haven't heard from anyone. This is not the first time I've had debit order issues with OnAir TV. These issues put my account in disrepute and it's unacceptable. Seriously people.... sort your accounts department out, its embarrassing.
