UNPROFESSIONAL, ****S AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Took out a dstv explora with them in 2019 for 24months, paid up until 2021. suprisingly now in July 2022 (a year later) they went and listed a missed payment at Credit bureau (which affected my score badly). i called them immediately to find out why and im told stories of a missed payment for June then they say its July? i was never contacted to be notified about this incident neither do i remember missing any payments. the worst service provider to do business with. so unprofessional of them wait a year later, no communication or whatsoever yet they still send their sales people to offer me more products but how if i have defaulted on payment ?? NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM..
