Unprofessional frudulent Onairtv

I'm soo disappointed to this company am frustrated, I was falsely given a Smart decorder whilst I have already told them I have a smart tv. They then delivered the smart decorder, same day I called them to returned it which was initially taken after I engaged my law firm. They then said my order was canceled, then onthe day of debit date it was .they debited, I consulted my law firm they did conference call which I was promised it will be canceled, today I received a call from onairtv saying am owing them, I hate this company their soo unprofessional and am soo disappointed even at my law firm as they were unable to solve this. I need intervention,or maybe I should just contact consumer department, my name needs to be cleared and this company must stop debting from my account . Asking for help please
