******** debit order

I'm so tired with this company they are really causing me unnecessary unpaid debit order. when I took their decorder I signed down that I get paid on the 15th of every month. They continued with their month end debit. I did send an email and last week already someone from their company called me i made new arrangements but still they did their debit today on the 30th January 2021. Now I'm not sure if they are ******** or spiteful by causing me more charges of unpaid debit every month. I never enjoyed their services ever since I got their decorder.
