Unhappy client

Good day I'm so unhappy with on air service 1st I was told dat the package comes with life insurance. Then when I call to follow it up no one is able to assist. I asked for a settlement letter paid my balance in 3 months at 1st I did receive my balance but now they can't seem to be able to send my settlement letter. Worse I received my credit report it's says I owe them 3600 but how when I have settled my account. They told me they waiting for my money to reflect its been over a month non this people are taking people for a ride. I would never even recommend them to anyone hope Dstv knows what this people are doing.
