Unhappy

I received a call from the sales agent Ramjaan Sheik for the Explora 3 decoder. The deal was that it is a 2years contract that comes with catchup and some other channels and the Explora 3 is actually a new improved system, this was only for R169.00 per months. When the DSTV guys come to install the new decoder and the dish, they told me to activate what the Explora 3 comes with and to enjoy the functionalities of the Explora3 , I have to pay additional R95.00. While I was on a call with the agent, I constantly ask him if is there other cost as I was retrenched and I do not want any expenses that I wont afford, he confirmed to me that there are no additional cost. After the installation I then agreed with the DSTV guys to add that R95.00 because what is the point of having EXPLORA 3 and not enjoy what it is capable off :-(. I called OnAir TV about the matter and I also sent an email , up to date I do not have response from OnAir TV. I was told they will listen to call and come back to me, but nothing. I am so disappointed that in this difficult times, people can still over sell what they not going to offer just to get a sale. There is nothing wrong in selling but sell what you offer and if someone likes the product can accept the offer.

I hope going through this channel, I will get clarity on this matter.
