UNFULFILLED PROMISES

Last month, I reported On Air TV for seven unauthorised debit orders debited to my account. I received a very quick response from On Air TV and an undertaking that the debit orders would be cancelled. They collected the decoder from me and I really believed it woud be the end of this bad experience. On my Credit report, confirmation had been received that the debit orders were cancelled. I received a call from a lady from On Air TV requesting me to write a report on Hellopeter about their \kind assistance\".<br> <br> To my surprise, all the debit orders were again debited to my against my account this month. It would appear that these people are a bunch of rogues who cannot survive on honest business practices.<br> <br> They have debited my account with these ********** debit orders for five months, and I will not retract my statement until they refund all the monies deducted from my account .
