Unfair listed on credit bureau

After i was contacted by one of the ON AIR consultant to upgrade to DS TV Explora she also try to sell me an ON AIR product that has certain benefits which i didn't take, After some few months i realized that my name appears on the credit bureau, i made contact with ON AIR to clear these matter and that they cancel these so call deal and REMOVE MY NAME FROM CREDIT BUREAU, instead they're busy sending me statements of how much i own them, ti's so frustrating knowing that you never signed a deal but still be listed on credit bureau, i am not asking a lot, just cancel these and have my name cleared from credit bureau then email me a letter to clarify these matter.
