The Representative that contacted me from Onair TV mislead me and failed disclose all the term and conditions, I was told that I will pay R320 for 24 months, there will be no need for me to pay my normal compact subscription for the next 24 months, only to find out it was all a big lie. Onair TV sent me 2 decoders which cost R160 each to make that R320. I was never informed if I will receive 2 decoders. I requested the call recording from Onair TV and I’m being told that I need to visit multichoice offices to listen to the conversation.
