After my last post there was a quick response on the website, and that was it, nobody contacted us. My wife received a sms last week to say that the subscription was cancelled and yet the amount went off against my bank account again last night. Be very careful when dealing with this company as they will bill you for services that you have never subscribed to and to cancel seems impossible.
