I found out that I was billed to download movies, magazines etc since august last year @ R139 per month. We never subscribe to any such stuff and on contacting them to cancel and get a refund we were told that we have to go to the bank our self's. Still waiting for a cancellation email from them as well. This is basically ***** so can I lay a charge against them?
