Unavailibility

It is Saturday just before 9am. Selecting on the IVR the accounts query option just gives you the office hours which states explicitly Saturdays are 8:30am to 12pm.<br> <br> BUT....you do NOT get put through to accounts!!!<br> <br> Selecting option 1 takes you to customer care which can ONLY email accounts as they apparently don't have a number for accounts??? Furthermore they don't even know what the IVR says AND they don't know if accounts operates on a Saturday!<br> <br> By stating those office hours and then not operating during those hours is to blatantly LIE to the customer!!!
