Unauthorized deductions

My contract has ended long ago with Onair but they keep on deducting money and when I confront them they say I subscribed for rescue box. I don't even know what is that and I never made an agreement with you for rescue box. I don't even know what is it for. On air tv stop your tricks to keep on deducting money for a service I don't even know is for what.
