Unauthorized Debits by On Air Tv

We have been exchanging email pertaining an unauthorized debits on my account with On Air Tv , they had agreed that the fault was on their side , a lady by name of Michelle Mckenzie advised me that they will look into the matter Please see below Good day Sphamandla

The company is way out of their turn around and I have sent email twice to Michelle with no respond. the email was sent of the 15th May till today called their call centre I was holding until the call got dropped on their side.
