Unauthorized Debit Orders Loaded on my Bank Account

I have been harassed by the so called business consultants from this company called ON AIR TV, requesting me to sign up for the new DSTV decoder - and I have constantly declined any offer that they present to me. This week was no different - I got a call from one of those Consultants offering me a new DSTV decoder. I declined the offer and I terminated the call within the first minute. I never agreed to anything and never gave away any of my personal details. To my surprise when I woke up this morning, there was an sms from my bank on my phone, advising me that 2 debit orders have been loaded on my bank account by this company, one for R159.00 and the other for R179.00. This is totally insane. I never signed up for anything. I have not entered into any contract with this company. I have not requested nor received any services or products from this company. It appears to me that they just decided to load these debit orders on my account, since they still have my information and my banking details from the old transaction of a decoder I bought from this company long ago (and that decoder has been paid up long ago and I do not have any outstanding amount on it). Please remove these debit orders from my account. They have not been authorized and it is ******* what you are doing. Judging by the similar complaints logged on this platform, it is clear that this company does not know good business ethics. By the way, this is not the first time they load unauthorized debit order on my account. last year, they loader a debit order of some internet service that I do not have. This is unacceptable. It is disgusting.
