Unauthorized debit orders

<p>In August 2016 i got into an agreement with On Air wherein i got a DSTV Wifi Connector and was told i would pay R29 for 24 months. i then notice that On Air was actually debiting an added R129 without my consent. When i tried to get in touch with them to query this i was led from pillar to post and never found any assistance. The staff was very rude to me and where of zero assistance to me . In total, On Air has debited an extra R1419 *****ulantly. </p>
