unauthorized debit order

Onair TV Company i am tired of the incompetence of this company this is the third time they call me to tell me that my account is behind with payment while they are the first ones to debit from my account as soon as i receive my salary. They processed an unauthorized debit order on 1 May 2021 even though my statements confirms that i have never missed a payment for this account. i am really tired of this company now..
