Unauthorized debit order

i bought a decoder with onair. My account is being fully paid in September 2025, however they are still debiting from my account without authorization. I informed them and they sent me a paid up letter and promised that they will cancel the debit order and refund me within 14days. To date nothing was done, they are still debiting.
