Unauthorized debit order

I had a contract with on-air tv and a few months ago it ended, I confirmed it with them. My debit order stopped and that was it. But then 22 September my account get debit from on air tv, I haven't signed a new contract/take any offer but my money get ****** out of my account. I mailed them immediately and then get a response I need to mail the billing department. I do that to get mailed I must Send a screenshot of the debit and send my ID no. until now no feedback and no damn money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS COMPANY STOLE FROM ME!!
