unauthorized debit order

onair is busy debiting my account without my permission. i cancelled their product withink a week due to the misleading sales. they collected their product but till today they are still debiting my account. i tried to many times with emails and their watsup without any success. everytime you ask them progress they request for id number and full names and from there they dissapear. hello peter could you please assist with this
