Unauthorised deductions - H Wickham

A contract of my spouse that ended but yet the monthly deductions carried on. I was requested to assist her, H Wickham after which a one Padmani Kandhan issued a ticket [#***]. He requested me to forward the unauthorised deductions which I did on the 10th of November 2025. Subsequently he once again requested the information, and I have sent it to him again. UP to today, no joy, no reply
