Unauthorised debit orders

I have a 24 contract with them and have been with them for 2 months but I'm sooo ****ed with thier service. I only agreed to one debit order and they have been debiting my account like crazy and what ****ed me the most is that they are no where to be found, call, WhatsApp email nothing..... I hate their service
