UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

I cancelled my contract in October and paid cancelation fee and the decoder was fetched. On the 23/11 /23 I got an sms that it has been canceled and i contacted the number *** to confirm without success .In the afternoon same day I got another another sms telling me that the debit order will go through called the number *** I WAS TOLD THAT IM IN THE WRONG DEPARTMENT and they put me to the first number and it did not .go through. The guy that I spoke to the line has a problem i must keep trying cos he cant help me. today a debit order went through
