Unauthorised Debit Order

On Air constantly put debit orders through my account, even though i didnt authorised them. Luckily FNB notified me of a new debit order. I have this problem every few months with them. I will surely open a ***** case if this continues. There is no customer service. They just ignore you. Most pathetic company.
