Unauthorised Debit order

I had a contract with them for my explorer, it was a 24 month contract. The installation was done in December 2019 and the first debit order went off the 26 January 2020. The 24 month contract was suppose to end by December 2021 but they still debit my account in January 2022. I spoke to the consultant at their billing department but I didn’t receive any assistance he only said he will wait for the amount to reflect on their side and that was the 28th January. I emailed him yesterday but he ignored my email and that consultant was Sameera. I just want my money back.
